Thai Massage Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure fairness for all clients and our therapists, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you with compassion and flexibility.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule via our online booking system, by phone, or by email as long as it falls within our policy mentioned.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling to avoid charges.
